		Burgo D.Afonso IV Is a group of eighteen two bedroom and two bathroom town houses sharing a large swimming pool set in landscaped gardens. Each house has a living/dining room with TV and DVD and seating for six. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The master bedrooms have private balconies on both sides with views of the pool and the Atlantic. It’s a five minute walk from the 5 Star Marriott Hotel and the beach.

		Individuality.. At Praia D’El Rey groups of town houses and apartments have been designed as individual developments with their own identities. The owners have also used imagination and style when furnishing them. The different townhouses and apartments and different styles of villas blend with the golf course and the ocean views to create something unique in Portugal.

		Burgo D.Afonso V.. Was completed during 2003 and each property has been furnished to a very high standard. All have TV’s, DVD’s and music centres. The fitted kitchens are fully equipped and include dishwashers and washing machines, Each property faces the pool, it’s a five minute walk to the Driving Range, the First Tee and the Clubhouse. It’s five minutes by car to the beach parking area or a ten minute walk across the golf course pathways. Each house is unique with different numbers of bedrooms, bathrooms and floor layouts.
