views over the golf course to the sea from the large roof terrace
which has stairs to the barbecue in the garden. The comfortable
living room has cable television, a DVD and music centre. The
dining area has seating for six and there is a good sized pool
with sun loungers and table and chairs for outdoor eating.

Set in its own grounds, has four bedrooms, two with ensuite,
a third bathroom, guest cloakroom and large shower room off
the pool. The 10 metre by 5 metre pool has sun loungers and
a large barbecue area.
The Living Room and Dining room are both large with seating
for ten and there is a separate games room with pool table.
The living room has a new widescreen TV and DVD with surround
sound. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave,
washing machine and fridge-freezer with ice-maker. Villa Barco
is a five minute walk to the 5 Star Marriott Hotel and the beach.

Year round..
These villas make ideal bases for groups of golfers. In addition
to the Praia D’El Rey course there are several other courses
within an hours drive – plus sailing, surfing and windsurfing,
miles of golden sand beaches, trips to the Berlenga Islands,
scuba diving, shopping, sight-seeing, museums and the night
life of Lisbon. From January to May the weather is mild and
excellent for golf.
